Barbara Jordan

Jordan is known for her eloquent opening statement at the House Judiciary Committee hearings during the impeachment process against Richard Nixon. In 1976, she became the first African-American, and the first woman, to ever deliver a keynote address at a Democratic National Convention.

 

 

We will be hosting a Covid vaccine clinic here on campus next Thursday, February 10th from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m.  You can get 1st and 2nd doses, or boosters as needed.  Vaccines are available for anyone 5 and older.
