Self Care Tips: Play with a pet. If you are lucky and can have a pet, there may be few better ways to foster self-care . Cuddling with a pet, taking care of them, and feeling their unconditional love is something we rarely experience on such a consistent basis.

“If you are graduating in June, please make sure to take care of any outstanding debts. Turn in those books ASAP and make sure to return your Chromebook at the end of the year.  You may still participate in the graduation ceremony if your debt is not cleared, but you will not be able to pick up your diploma or get an Official Transcript.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Gabion in the office.  Thank you.”
