Did you know: On February 26th, have a happily ever after kind of day. It is National Tell A Fairy Tale Day! Most traveling storytellers told fairy tales with dramatic detail to make children behave, teach a lesson or pass the time much like ghost stories around a campfire today.
Today in History: Two national parks preserved, 10 years apart
On this day in history, two national parks were established in the United States 10 years apart–the Grand Canyon in 1919 and the Grand Tetons in 1929.
