Knights,

There are four weeks left in the second semester and everyone is expected to pass all of their classes and earn all of their credits.

Knights RULE and show accountability by doing their job and owning ther actions.

Knight also show a Growth Mindset believing they can learn, are open to possibilities, have the courage to meet challenges head on, and to think for themselves.

Knights change I can't , to I can.

Nueva is expecting a large group of students will be eligible to participate in our second semester honor roll activity.

Be a Knight!!

Potential December grads, if you haven't gone to purchase your cap & gown, please do so. Herff Jones office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3pm - 6pm. Their address and phone number is on the backside of the order form. You may pick up a form in the office if needed.

Returning to Arvin
If you want to go back to Arvin High in January, you need to confirm with Mrs. Elias during nutrition break or lunch this week. Hopefully you are passing all your classes.

December Grads Remember that your graduation status is conditioned upon you earning all your current credits. You only have two weeks to be current, since you need to be cleared before December 20th.

Nueva is happy to invite Houchin Community Blood Bank Wednesday morning in the cafeteria to deliver an assembly to potential blood donors.

Knights RULE and are respectful by participating positively in class, on campus, and during school activities.

Knights RULE too by showing a Growth Mindset believing they can learn and grow by bravely stepping outside their comfort zone.

Please sign up today or tomorrow, with Ms. Ramirez if you would like to be a part of the assembly. Donors must be at least 16 years old and not have had a new tattoo in the last 12 months.

Knights RULE by participating in events in the local community and by making the community a better place.

Our goal is to get as many eligible donors as possible at the presentation and when we visit the blood bank to give donations on December 13.

See Mr. Weir or Ms. Ramirez if you have any questions.
