Did you know: National No Dirty Dishes Day suggests taking a break from your regular daily routine. There are a few options for this day.Avoid dirty dishes! Go out to lunch or dinner with friends or have a barbecue and serve everything on paper plates with disposable utensils

Abraham Lincoln, a one-time U.S. representative from Illinois, is nominated for the U.S. presidency by the Republican National Convention meeting in Chicago, Illinois. Hannibal Hamlin of Maine was nominated for the vice presidency.

 

 

National Mental Health Awareness Month

Self Care Tips: Turn off smart phones (at least for part of the day). It’s hard. But really, you don’t need it on constantly, as if it’s stitched to your side. You can take a break, even for just part of the day.
